That said, we can occasionally get busy, so would be grateful if you'd contact Ali before your first session () rather than just turning up.
What?
We are a friendly club who meet every Wednesday evening to play badminton at John Mason School, Abingdon.
We play for fun; we don't do leagues or competitions. It's all about having a bit of exercise (and a bit of a chat). We play doubles and welcome all ages and abilities.

When?
We play every Wednesday (except when the hall is closed - typically at Christmas and when examinations are taking place).
The hall is booked from 7:45pm to 9:45pm. We try to start as soon as possible after 7:45, but accept that some people have commitments which mean they can't turn up until later or must leave earlier.
Where?
We play at the Sports Hall in John Mason School.
The Sports Hall is to the right of the main school entrance. Follow the drive to the right of the main school building to a car park. You will find the Sports Hall in the far corner.
There is a gate at the entrance to this drive. This is normally fixed open until well after we've left, but if it's shut when you try to leave just drive up to it and it will open automatically.
How much?
Each session costs £5 (to cover hire of the hall and shuttlecocks). Please contact Ali to confirm if you want to pay by any other means than cash.
